Windows 2003 Server, change from french version to English version
Posted by Fabio on April 28th, 2005

Dear all,
i installed a Windows 2003 French version. Now i need to install the Windows
2003 Server English version, is there any way to make the change without the
need to completely reinstall the whole system?

I want to do that since i want to preserve old data and software i
previously installed on the system.

Any help please?
F.
Regards

No, you will need to do a full reinstall and then reinstall the apps and
replace the data etc.

Mike's correct.
If you do want to prevent these things in the future (for example, you need
french after all), install the multi-language version, that makes it easier
to install other language interfaces
