- Windows 2003 Server will not boot

"Windows could not start because of an error in the software. Please eport
theis problme as:
Load Needed DLLs for kernal. Please contact your support person to report
tis problem"
This is a Compaq DL380 2x 36G hardrives that are mirroring each other using
hardware Raid 1.
This is also my back up server(hince no backup of the OS). Everthing was
fine I shutdown the server to install more memeory and now the server will
not boot. I have even taken the new memory out to install the old memory.
(old memory 1G new memory 2 G.)
What can I do to recover from this error message.

My two cents:
I'd hesitate to give you advice in the scenario, because this is a critical
issue. Have a look at the following MS link:

Best bet would be to contact HP Technical Support. They're usually very
good.
