- Windows 2K server Starts beeping and then hangs up

We are running a 2k server just lately it will start beeping and will not
stop untill we hit the reset button. I have no idea as to where to start to
find out why it is doing this? I can't find any errors in the event log.
Does anyone have any clue as to where to start looking, thanks for your help.
