- Windows Server 2003 & 64-bit Intel

OK - This may be a dumb question; but, can the regular 32-bit version of
Windows Server 2003 R2, and/or SBS 2003 Premium (32-bit) be installed on a
64-bit Intel processor & MB chipset? Or are the two respective versions,
32-bit & 64-bit server, ONLY exlcusively installable and runable on the
matching chipset, either 32-bit or 64-bit.
Please advise - thx.

Yes, you can install a 32-bit OS on the Intel 64-bit processors.

Let's be clear - Itanium 64bit technology is DIFFERENT from x64
technology and an itanium 64 bit system cannot run either x64 or x86 (32
bit) versions of Windows.
