- Access to Documents, (n All Users folder in Documents and Settings) is denied

Hey,
When I open the Documents folder in All Users folder under Documents and
Settings, it keeps saying acess is denied. Could someone help me solve
this. It is not allowind me to install Acrobat 6.0 Professional.
