- Additional voices for Text To Speech?

Are there additional voices I can download and install that will
work with the built-in Text To Speech feature of WinXP? Mac OS-X
has several nice choices, but I'd like something besides
Microsoft Sam for Windows.

I use "Dragon Naturally Speeking" and it works fine with Windows XP
