Hello and I must be the dummy of the minute. I have deleted the wrong Admin account and now cannot find or get back to original system, e-mail, book marks and browser settings and as well appear to have lost my email from all accounts under that admin account. What can I do now?

Suggestions as to how I can retrieve these settings and work? I have tried the restore function which did not work.
