- Direct X 9 giving trouble...

Hey everyone, I dont no what to do, I downloaded the
latest version of Direct X (9) and whenever I try to
install it, this window pops up and it says "The software
you are installing has not passed Windows logo testing".
I dont no what to do. Someone please help, I would really
appreciate it.
