Can anybody please help?
When I right click on the desktop and click on properties, the little egg
timer appears by the cursor but the display screen does not open. Even if I
try through the control panel it will not open to let me change anything,
also when I click on either ways in, the hard drive light comes on on my
machine and stays on for a while and the computer will not let me do
anything, no other screens will open.
I have downloaded the latest updates form Microsoft and Norton and done a
virus scan with Norton and Trend's on line scan, they both came up clean.
I have even tried going back to a restore point, but it wont let be restore
back.
I hope someone can help because it is kind of annoying.
