- Font Encoding default.

In my Internet Explorer, under VIEW and ENCODING, the default is UNICODE
(UTF-8). The French news do not support the French accents (it is giberish).
However when I click WESTERN EUROPEAN (WINDOWS), the French accents come out
OK.
How can I change the default ENCODING from UNICODE to WESTERN EUROPEAN?
