I don't know if my password expired or what, but I can't log on to my
computer. I can't even log on under administrator. It won't let anything
log on. When I try to log on it gives me the error message that I have the
incorrect user name and/or password and to try again and then recommends that
I check the case. I never changed the password but it's not working. When I
tried logging in under administrator the domain could not be found. I can't
log on and get the product ID number so I can't get help from Microsoft
support. I'm overseas away from my college and so I cannot get their tech
support either. Any suggestions would be very very helpful.
