Since one week I cannot reach my hotmail starting page. All other
internetpages are working, but hotmail is completely blocked: this page can
not be etc..

Suggestions only -

Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK

Can you access the site now?
