How to delete *.VOB files?

How to delete *.VOB files?: Posted by Ted on October 25th, 2003; Hi

I have the contents of a DVD on my Hard Drive. I try to
delete these and receive 'access denied'.

XP Pro I am only user with full access.

How to delete these VOB's?
