- Install VB 6.0 XP Pro

I moved from os ME to os XP Pro.
I want to install Visual Basic 6.0 on the XP Pro machine.
But after I start setup I get error's, what like to be
security error's ( nbr 567 and 562).
Is there a access problem? (I'm logged in as
administrator).
any help is welcome,
