Only my laptop, I'm receiving a "locked" message, telling me only the
administrator can get into the system. But, when I try to type the
administrator information into the blank, it will not accept data/password
and send me an error message. This occurred when I tried to turn off
system, so I was unable to shutdown last night or access this morning.

Any thoughts?
