I had a Microsoft Windows 98 installed. I then decided to
install WP XP a disk program my boss purchased for $800.
It is the 2002 version. Now my system is slow, continuous
stalls and freezing occurs and all my attachments with my
OUTlook messages are delected by OEM saying they are
unsafe attachments when they are from a legimate person
and I need those attachments to get my work done.

If you can help, please do. I am becoming increasingly
frustrated with this Microsoft product.

Attachment issue:
Outlook Express:
Open Outlook Express.
Click Tools, click Options, click Security tab.
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
This change that Microsoft implemented is to help prevent viruses and
other bad code being received with attachments.
It is very important to keep your antivirus updated and run it at
least weekly.

Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes except "Compress old files"

Did you update to the latest Windows XP drivers for all your hardware?

Windows XP Pro costs about $300 for the full version.
Unless your boss has a volume License.
He could also have MSDN, but he would not give one of his MSDN
installs to you.
