Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library: Posted by Nancy on August 6th, 2003; We operate Windows XP with four users. Users 1,2,3 can
access the internet, user 4 receives the following
message when attempting to access:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error
Program C:\Program Files|Internet Explorer|iexplore.exe
abnormal program termination
