i cannot get into microsoft word,have put all updates in
but all i get is {microsoft word for windows has
encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry
for the inconvenience} can you please help me,this has
been going on for about a month now. phil

You might try removing Word using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, then
reinstalling Word.
