Can anyone tell me where I can get this File \windows\system32\config\system
, that is missing in my Girlfriend Computer, Thanks in Advance.

Restate your question. A file has an extension, your request does not.
For example - question.exe or hello.com. It must have a name and a
three letter extension XXXXXXX.XXX If you know the name and extension
of the file, do a Google search and you'll find dozens of places on where
to download a copy for free.
