Every time try to load 16-bit application get Error Event 7023.
Where can get the hotfix? I can't get it directly from Microsoft.

Try opening help/support in xp,type in details to the event,use search
within results till you get a knowlege base article # with the hotfix
listed as available for the event,then to recieve the fix you need to call
microsoft via land line,the nos is: 8009365700
