You do realize this is not an MS Word forum?

Some later versions of Word have limited functionality under the Tools,
select language and select Thesaurus. If you want full dictionary function,
you will need a third party add in or many of the Encyclopedia programs,
Encarta, etc. include a dictionary. If you specifically want something to
add in to Word, go to www.google.com and try search for Dictionary plug-in.
There should be many such applications that will fill the bill. If you
asking if Word can do this natively, the answer is no beyond the
functionality I've already described.
