I have a copy of Windows XP that was given to me by my
employer, but I do not have a product key for it to
install!! Any suggestions on resolving this problem?!?

Get the Product Key from your employer.
If that is not possible, thank your employer for the coaster.

in the past Microsoft release OEM copies to large
companies that bought site licenses, these did not require
KEYs. I'm not sure if they did the same with XP but they
use to do it with NT.
