- No sound on my computer

I am having trouble hearing any sound on my pc. I tried going to the sound
devices and all the icons are locked . I don't have speakers because the
speakers are built in the monitor. I need help bad. Cant listen to Rahpsody.

My cats unplugged these once for me. Took me a while to figure out why my
sound "wasn't working."
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "all icons are locked." Is there any
device shown for audio playback? If no, check for a sound card in Device
Manager. If no device is visible, it's possible that the sound card has
failed.
