Open TaskManager and create new process "Explorer.exe" and run the above
patch.

I bought Symantec Internet Security and followed the
instructions. The first instruction was to place the CD
in the drive and restart the machine. So I did so. But
when the system came back up, no taskbar or start button
or any icons on my desktop came up. I cannot do anything
but hit Cntl/Alt/Del and restart.

I could have installed Internet Security when the
installation box came up, but I decided to follow the
directions.

Please let me know your thoughts.
