I have been trying to view a newsletter off of a CD I
made from a windows 98 or 95 computer(My old computer) on
my new computer which is windows XP. It always comes up
with October-2nd year.PSP is not a valid Win32
application. Is there any way I can get to my
applications now? Please help! Remove the (removethis)
in my email address to email me back.

That is the application you need on the new computer.
