OK. So When I received my computer it had MS Word. I have no idea where it
went. I have tried to do a restore point and everything else I can think of.
So far it has completly disappeared. Any suggestions??

Reinstall Word.
Note: MS Word is not and never has not been a part of any operating system.
Otherwise contact the computer manufacturer for installation details.

Wordpad is a part of Windows. A very simple, very basic word processor. MS
Word is a part of MS Office. It's possible that if your system was bought
with Windows and other software preinstalled, that it was included as part
of the "other software" that builders sometimes "bundle in" with the
systems they sell.
To confuse matters more, MS Works (another suite of programs that is often
bundled in on PCs) includes a copy of MS Word. It used to be a full fledged
copy but I believe that has been changed to a trial copy that only runs for
so long.
Suggestion would be to review the CDs for the software that you received
with your system. If found (CD and the alpha-numeric key that has to be
typed in), reinstall MS Word.
