Upon windows startup I receive a pop-up that is
titled "HERE" with the text Ousideerror=0 Success=0. I
believe this to be a factor in that I can no longer
communicate to my modem. Modem is plugged in correctly,
no new programs have been installed, and I have not
deleted anything. It sounds like a socket error of some
sort but I do not know the fix. Can anyone advise?
