- PASSWORD!!!
- Posted by Lia on July 3rd, 2003
I couldn't remember my password during the log on to
windows window appears at the very begining when you just
turn on your computer. What should I do?

I have a password problem too. In my case though. I
changed the password for administrator because, the person
I bought the computer from set it to a weird one. I just
tried to set it as my wifes name. Now, It doesn't accept
the password. I've even tried typing it in different ways
including mis-spelling, caps, diffent ways.
Please help me with some advice or location where to look.
To make you laugh, I just had the computer running for
half a day.
O yeah, one more problem, I don't know the COA code.
Plus, the pc is a DELL and I got the re-installation CD
which asks for the COA code.
Thanks

Contact Dell about the COA. As to the other problem, resolution is the
same, check my other post in this thread for instructions.
