I'm having a password issue also...in outlook express. I
have used the same password to log onto the internet and
that works, but when I try to receive my mail in outlook,
it goes to message 16...then stops. I get this message:
'password for user is incorrect'...I don't know what to
do, can someone please help??? I have provided my yahoo
email address since I can't open
outlook...elicia_powell@yahoo.com.......please help!!

You need to check with your ISP for the proper setup for your e-mail, have
them walk you through it if necessary.
