- Password too long, can't log in
- Posted by geoff on October 29th, 2003
Guilty of being a newbie.....resent as anonymous, sorry.
I am the Administrator on my personal machine running
XP. I changed my password but I chose one too long for
the spaces available at log in and it will not accept
it. How can I log into my account and correct this?
Thanks,
Geoff

Geoff;
Ignore the apparent spaces and simply type the password.
Since the password is masked, you can not see the earlier characters
scroll off the screen.
