when i click on custom it gives me 5 things to download and install whick are
KB 929969 KB 928416 KB 928416 KB 912024 KB 920342 and when i click review and
install it tells me i have already got updates on my computer i just need to
install them so when i click on install it starts then says unable to
successfully install updates and gives no error code can someone please help

Try locating the updates at microsoft,download,install each.

Hi Frank, on the WU site, check your history - click on the red shield thingy
and a pop up should indicate why they failed - an error code.
Then post your findings to the WU Newsgroup for further assistanc
