You might try installing in Safe Mode. Boot the system, start tapping F8,
when the menu appears, select Safe Mode and press enter, then try installing
in Safe Mode.

Reboot the system as you would normally do. If the fonts installed in Safe
Mode, you should find them installed when you reboot the system.
