hello, can someone please help me?

when I power up my pc, it asks to press the f1 key to start loading, then
the motherboard window comes up and it takes forever, then the windows xp
window does the same and finally the desktop comes up also taking
forever....the startup is empty....what can i do?

if u are getting the bios message on everyboot check your hardware you might
have a damaged ram. can u state the complete error and details!
