ON trying to open an attachment the POP3 doesn't want to open. It at first
did,but as I was viewing my e-mail it jumped out and does not give me now
access to it. What can I do?

Whats the email program you are using and whats the kind of attachment ?
Just try saving the attachment after you disable any antivirus programs you
have on your computer

go to norton internet security tab after opening norton
then turn off both
Scan incoming email scanning
scan outgoing email scanning

Dont worry this is not going to make your comp vulnerable at all
This will anyways get turned off based on the time you select to keep it
turned off
