need to know how to make a spread sheet smaller for printing to a 8 x 14
sheet. Need to reduce the size of print to fit the sheet

Might help to let the readers of your post know what app you are using.
You can rightclick your printer and select printer preferences to change
the paper size and within your app select a different font.
