- Problem after installing windows installer 3.1

Hi,
My OS is Windows XP Pro SP2 and after installing Windows Installer 3.1, my
pc is not stable. It regularly restart/reboot. Everytime I try to install
other software, it restart itself too. Before installing windows installer
3.1, it did not happened.
