i bought this new computer 2 weeks ago and i'm using windows xp home edition.
i've been having problems reading the chinese and japanese characters in the
internet explorer and outlook express. i tried going to encoding and click
on chinese big5 before and it ask me to insert windows xp disc in to install
the language pack and i did all that but i still can't read chinese and and
even japanese characters and worse is the chinese big5 and japanese are no
longer under encoding anymore. can anyone please guide me the way so i can
read chinese in my computer?! thanks in advance....
