What is the program?
Also depends on if the program is installed or not.
If it is installed, there are tools that can identify the key.

If it is not installed but is from Microsoft:

The tower label is the Product Key for Windows.
The key for Microsoft Office is different.
If the key is on the sleeve you lost, you may have no good options.

If Microsoft Office is a trial version, you have no key until you
purchase it.

If Office came with the computer, contact the seller.
If the seller can not help, see the link on my last post for the slim
chance Microsoft can help.

Try INNOBATE Product Key Recovery to recover your Windows CD Product
Key Code.

Get it from the following web address:-

First, the poster isn't looking for a Windows product key, second, why
should he pay for that product when there is software available that does
the same thing for free?
