We've have had XP installed for nearly a year, suddenly
no programs are accessible from desktop. All attempts to
access programs result in same error message = This
operation has been chancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator.

Originally we set it to give all three users
administrator rights. Seems as though the system no
longer recognizes any users as administrator. Any
suggestions?
