WiXP / Sp1a Dell Laptop system.
I cann access Wi XP but only by booting not by r e
booting, what programs demand after installation.
The rebooting stops before setup (F2) or even the one-time
boot option (F12) works. Freezes. Stops. Than only
hardreset (swith off) helps with subsequent booting.
Who can help?

Try going into BIOS settings. Don't change anything but do a "Save Changes
on Exit." If the problem continues, contact technical support for your
system.
