In OE, go to Tools, Options, under General Tab, Send / Receive Messages, make sure
you have checked:
"Send and Receive Messages at Startup"

You'll need to post to the OE Newsgroup and state what Operating System you are using
etc and the exact nature of your problem and what you're tried so far.
OE6-specific newsgroup:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...tlooke xpress
(OE client)
or
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/e...&lang=en&cr=US
(Web Client) - wraps to 2 lines
