AFTER I PUT IN MY CD TO LOAD THE PROGRAM I RECEIVE THE
FOLLOWING ERROR. I NEED TO KNOW IF MY HARD DRIVE IS GONE
OR HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. (PLEASE!!!!)

The System has been shut down.

I am unable to get a cursor or be able to get into
windows. The computer completely locks up.
