In using either microsoft publisher or microsoft word I
am unable to print a list from my address book. I can
mail merge onto labels or envelopes, but I cannot
retrieve information from the data base to print a
customized list (e.g. names and telephone numbers).
Currently using microsoft xp. With microsoft 95 there
was no problem accessing data.

This has nothing to do with the operating system and is strictly a function
of the application though it may be a result of having dated software.

Go to the following link, scroll the list on the left to Word and Publisher,
select them and try your question there:
