"A HI-SPEED USB device is plugged into a non-HI-SPEED USB
hub." This is the error I receive while installing my DVD
burner and my external Hd. I have all Windows XP Hotfixes.
What is the problem???

The problem is just what it say. You have a Hi-Speed CD burner and hard
drive hooked up to a USB hub that is not high speed.
