A window comes up-- Choose Profile, it says Microsoft Outlook so I hit ok,
then another window comes up and says Microsoft Exchange and it says- The
form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your

to send it in email. That program also needs to be configured for your ISP
email account.
The message about exchange may be a clue: Most home systems do not use an
Outlook/Exchange profile - Outlook picking up mail from an Exchange server.
Most use Outlook as a straight email client using it to connect to the
malbox they maintain with their ISP.
