Can not open windows xp. I receive the following message; Isass.exe-System
Error Insufficientsystem resources exist to complete the API. Thanks for
your assistance.

Try tapping the F8 key on pc start,select safe mode,enter as administrator,
locate the Isass.exe file in xp cd,or xp SP2 cd (xp cd i believe),once
located,
L.click the file,select copy from L.sub menu,move the file to C: windows,xp
should place it correctly.If safe mode isnt available,boot to xp cd,recovery,
copy file,read kb307545 or kb307654 to get the proper cmd(s)....
