Have Windows XP. Went to type a letter in Word Pad and typed it according to
standard procedure. When I printed out the copy the format was all screwed
up. I had almost every other line with a single word on it!!! The spacing on
sentences was not as I typed.
What have I done wrong & what do I do to correct?

settings for aligning sentences and paragraphs. After
typing your document, click File/Print Preview, and it
will show you exactly what the finished/printed document
will look like. Try it!
