If the product number comes up invalid after inputting the number during
setup and this was a disk supplied by Dell, then you are likely mistyping
the number. Be sure you are substituting the letter "O" for the number zero
"0," "G" and "6" tend to look the same on your CD sticker so make sure you
are not substituting one for the other. Be very sure of what you are
typing. Dell can't issue a new number but the number they have supplied
with the system is valid and should work if you are properly typing it and
they can help you through that kind of issue.
