I need an expert on this. it indicates that when using the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\NetCache\GoOfflineOnSlowLink
= 1 it uses the Offline files to detect speed and determine when offline.
But when it is set to 0, does that mean that it is now using the tcp
connection to determine when offline, based on the threshold set in policy?
Also, when it is set to 0, is that the same as the key not being there at
all? I ask b/c I have people with it set to 0, and have gone into offline
mode before.
Thanks,
