Can telnet into the host. Can connect using Remote Desktop Connection - just
can't connect using http://mymachine/tsweb address in IE. Get "The page
cannot be displayed" message

Have done it before - on a different machine - but there have been lots of
security updates. Checked and double checked the outdated info on the MS
site. Any ideas? It acts like Active-x routine is not working to serve up the
default page

Trying to telnet to port 80 results in a time out.
